  Documents Required for Bulk SMS Activation

  Have these ready before you start — missing documents are the biggest cause of delays:

  • PAN card of the school, trust, or society
  • Proof of address — a government document showing the organization's name and address with pin code (Certificate of Incorporation, Society/Trust Registration Certificate, Shop and Establishment Certificate, or MoA/AoA)
  • Letter of Authorization (LOA) with proper seal, signature, and correct details. The email and mobile number on the LOA are used for registration, and all updates are sent there.
  • Designation proof of the authorized person — an appointment letter, valid ID, or government certificate showing their name and role
  • Relationship document — only needed if a trust is registering but messages will go out under a school's name (or vice versa)
  • A 6-digit header matching your entity name (if it doesn't match, add a document showing the connection)
  • An approved message template for your SMS content
